Our Ford 7.3L Powerstroke up-pipes feature a vew designed Stainless Steel piping with sizing to maximize transfer of heat energy to the turbo come with less restrictive, internally shielded expansion bellows that are not exposed to exhaust gases thus reducing the chance for burn out. The turbo Y-adapter is made from the same proven high-silicon ductile iron used to make our exhaust manifolds

Please check the build date of your engine before buying this kit. Early 99 models have the V8 Powerstroke fender badge and have 4 bolts securing the compressor housing. Late build 99 models have the Powerstroke badge on the door and have 5 bolts securing the compressor housing.

Orders placed on 101 Diesel take approximately 24-48 business hours (i.e., Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time) to process before they are ready for shipment. During promotions, holidays, and the months of November & December this processing time may be longer.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment, as well as the estimated delivery date and tracking number. The carriers that Osmo uses (FedEx & USPS) take 24 business hours to update their tracking status.
Generally, the transit time for standard, ground shipping in the U.S. is 5-7 business days, except during the months of November, December, and early January, when shipping volumes are at their peak.
101 Diesel sends three emails regarding the order status, in this order: 1) order confirmation, 2) order shipment confirmation, and 3) order delivery confirmation. The order shipment confirmation includes the carrier and tracking details. These emails are sent to the address indicated on the order.
NO, we do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses due to package size restriction. Please provide a physical address we will have your order send out with FedEx or UPS.
Orders placed on 101 Diesel shipping via ground are handed off to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a combination of those carriers.
