Materials Used:
- 300 PSI rated fuel & oil hose
- 100 PSI gauge, with quality stainless steel body & shatter-resistant rubber casing
- Lever action suction cup for securing the gauge and easier reading
- Needed JIC fittings/adapters
Application Details:
- For a 6.0L fuel pressure test, use an allen wrench removing the plug located at the bottom front of the fuel filter housing, and then install the 1/4" JIC x M12-1.5 adapter;
- For a 6.0L oil pressure test, please remove the €œsingle wire€� oil pressure sensor, and utilize that port with the 1/4" JIC x #4 orb adapter.(Sensor located on top of the oil cooler housing in front of the turbo)
- For a 7.3L fuel pressure test, there's two plugs on the back of the fuel filter housing. Upper driver side is the pre-filter port and lower passenger side is the post-filter port (Many people use the pre-filter port since it's easier to reach), and then install the 1/4" JIC x #4 orb adapter.
- There are two options applied when undertaking 7.3L oil pressure test. You may remove the €œsingle wire€� oil pressure sensor located on top front of engine, and then install the 1/4" JIC x #4 orb adapter. Or, you can remove the 1/8" NPT plug located at the oil filter head, and then install the 1/4" JIC x 1/8" NPT adapter;
- The set may probably work on many other engines, including gas engines. If your engine has a 7/16"-20 thread test port at the fuel rail, just remove the shrader valve prior to mounting the tool.
Tips:
- After any fuel pressure test, you may leave the adapter installed and cap it with the provided JIC cap. The JIC plug is used to block off the end of the tool for storage;

- All products must be in new/uninstalled/UNOPENED condition with all the parts included
- All products must be sent back in NEW and original packaging
- Returns will not be accepted after 30-day from date received
- Customer is 100% responsible for return shipping costs (Ex: If you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund)
- Credit will be issued after the product is inspected and found to be in new condition
- ALL returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Additional fees may be incurred on non-stocking items which is determined by the manufacturer
- Refusal of a shipment will result in an automatic restocking fee determined upon the cost of fees associated with the refusal
General/New Returns Will Not Be Accepted Under The Following Conditions:
- Product has been installed or attempt of install
- Product has been damaged
- Product is shipped without the original packaging, manuals and/or parts
- Product Packaging has been opened and or seal has been broke on the product
- Custom tuners such as, EFI Live, EZ LYNK, HP-Tuners, Smarty UDC, TS, and DP-tuner are not available for return
- AutoEngineuity scan tools after the software has been installed on a computer are non returnable
Product Warranties
- 101 Diesel honors all manufacturer warranties
- Any product that carries a manufacturer's warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer
- Installed components which have failed, such as, turbo, injectors, injection pumps, etc., must be removed/shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement
- 101 Diesel is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user
- Labor time is not paid by 101 Diesel
- Manufacturers will only pay labor if stated in the manufacturer’s warranty
- All products manufactured by 101 Diesel carry a one year manufacturer defect warranty
Orders placed on 101 Diesel take approximately 24-48 business hours (i.e., Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time) to process before they are ready for shipment. During promotions, holidays, and the months of November & December this processing time may be longer.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment, as well as the estimated delivery date and tracking number. The carriers that Osmo uses (FedEx & USPS) take 24 business hours to update their tracking status.
Generally, the transit time for standard, ground shipping in the U.S. is 5-7 business days, except during the months of November, December, and early January, when shipping volumes are at their peak.
101 Diesel sends three emails regarding the order status, in this order: 1) order confirmation, 2) order shipment confirmation, and 3) order delivery confirmation. The order shipment confirmation includes the carrier and tracking details. These emails are sent to the address indicated on the order.
NO, we do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses due to package size restriction. Please provide a physical address we will have your order send out with FedEx or UPS.
Orders placed on 101 Diesel shipping via ground are handed off to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a combination of those carriers.
We do not offer expedited shipping options at the moment.

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of shipping, except on custom-tuned products.
All core, general and warranty returns must be approved prior to the shipment of the returning product. Upon approval, you will be granted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will tie your return shipment to the return request. This will help us to process your return quickly.
